In 2018, Hybrid Systems Australia was contracted to design, manufacture and install 95kWP of solar PV and a 57kWh solar smoothing BESS to the Horizon Power network, for the Spinifex Hotel in Derby, WA.
This resulted in significantly reduced electricity costs by allowing a higher renewable penetration while maintaining network stability.
